DEVOLUCIONES

En el caso de que la pieza no cumple sus expectativas puede cambiarla o hacer una devolución en el plazo de 15 días.

No nos hacemos cargo de los portes de la devolución.

Escriba un correo a barbara@barbaraacosta.com con los datos de su pedido y el cambio que quiere hacer o si prefiere una devolución.

Si este está dentro del plazo le facilitaremos la información para hacer la devolución o cambio.

El envío debe realizarse empaquetado como usted lo recibió.

Una vez recibido el paquete, le realizaremos el cambio o le devolveremos su dinero en un plazo de 5 días laborables.

RETURNS

If an article does not meet your expectations you can exchange or return it within 15 days.

However, we do not cover return postage fees.

Send an email to barbara@barbaraacosta.com with the information on your order and the exchange you would like to make, or to request a refund.

If the deadline is met we will give you the information to carry out the exchange or refund.

Articles must be returned in the same kind of packagingin which they were sent.

Once we receive the package we will either proceed with the exchange, or refund your money, within 5 working days.
